What is ThinkPack?

ThinkPack is a small AI studio. We help small and mid-size businesses use AI for one or two real things without it being scary or huge. Websites, customer support, the busywork that piles up. We also ship a couple of our own products (Reader for Android, Discord for multi-model AI) and open-source useful pieces along the way (work-memory on PyPI).

Are the Reader and Discord products available?

Both are running right now, by invitation. Email jacqueline@thinkpack.ai or use the contact form and we’ll set you up. Happy to give it out.

Which AI models do you use?

We work with Claude 4.6 (Anthropic), GPT 5.5 (OpenAI), Gemini 3 (Google), and Grok 4.3 (xAI). For each project we pick what fits. Sometimes one model, sometimes a couple working together.

I’m a small business. Is AI actually for me?

Probably for one or two specific things, yes. Things like answering FAQ-type questions on your website, drafting first replies to customer emails, summarizing notes or documents, or filling in templates. The first conversation is free and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s the right tool for what you have in mind.

How fast can we start?

The first conversation can usually happen this week. From there it depends on what you need. Small things sometimes ship in days, bigger things take longer. We always tell you upfront, in writing, before we start.

What does it cost?

It depends on what you need. Small projects are small budgets; bigger ones are bigger. We’d rather quote you something fair than throw a generic number on a website. The first conversation is always free.
