How do I add ThinkPack to my Slack workspace?
1. Sign up for ThinkPack
2. Click "Add to Slack" in your dashboard
3. Authorize ThinkPack in your workspace
4. Start using @thinkpack in any channel! 5. Use /thinkpack in any Slack channel to get started configuring your AI council and choose between main channel and threaded replies 6. In a thread use the breadcrumb menu to configure settings for that specific thread
How do I ask questions?
Simply type @thinkpack your question here in any Slack channel. All three AIs will respond with their perspectives!

How do I upgrade my plan?
Visit your dashboard and click "Manage Subscription" or go to our pricing page. You can upgrade anytime with prorated billing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely! Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your service continues until the end of your billing period.

ThinkPack isn't responding in Slack
1. Make sure you're using @thinkpack (not @thinkpack.ai)
2. Check if ThinkPack is added to the channel
3. Verify your subscription is active in your dashboard
I hit my conversation limit
You can upgrade your plan anytime for immediate access to more conversations. We'll prorate your billing automatically.
How do I disconnect ThinkPack from Slack?
Go to your Slack workspace settings → Apps → ThinkPack → Remove. You can also manage this from your ThinkPack dashboard.
